This role is covering the Eastern region including Norfolk, and Suffolk. The role is dealing mainly with existing customers and promoting the companies servcies to the schools. It does involve liason with pupils ( 16 - 18) and dealing with teaching proffessionals at all levels. You are responsible to ensure a high uality of service and delivery of the companies niche market sector sector services. The company provide an unique guidance service for school leavers which is based on-line.
The role is sales/account management but does not actually involve pure sales, it is much more about building longterm relationships with your customers ( schools) making presentations about the products to pupils and teachers alike, promoting new products, ensuring the schools are ulitising the products to the full and pupils are signing up for the service. This does involve good presentation skills sometimes to groups of people and first class communication skills, this will suit a person who can get passionate about the service, is comfortable in the Education market and who enjoys contact with pupil sand techers alike.
This role can be full time or a purely term time role and may suit people looking not to work in school holidays.
This role is field based and requires a person who can manage their own territory effectively and plan their calls in advance. it also involves writing reports on the area and individual accounts to be relayed to head office.
Other duties include attending confrences and events when required and representing the company at these events.

- Ideally graduate or graduate calibre,
- For recent graduates one years work experience or placement year.
- Excellent written and oral skills

- Good background could include sales in recruitment, career guidance and training, teaching background with commercial business experience.
Package 20k basic for 40 weeks plus car allowancee plus bonus
The area wil have KPIS and targets to meet and you will be responsible for meeting these KPIS and providing reporting documents to head office.
