The role is to maximise the commercial value of the business by data analysis and market research and to support the growth and development of the customer base and of the product range.
- You wil be responsible for the analysis of business reports incl;uding web site performance, customers activity and customer campaigns.
- You wil be actively investigating and building knowledge about the vertical market business reports and seeing how they can help to grow the business.
- Delivering cases which will support management and business development.
- Building additional reports using CRM systmes and Oracle Discoverer.
- Using data and reports to provide business development proposals and customer campaign reviews. Demostrating how campigns have performed against objectives set by the sales and planning teams.
- Liase with the account management teams to ensure campaign reviews and recommendations are agreed to deliver results.
- Some client meetings to present reviews and recommendations.
- Playing a proactive role as part of the business development team and building strong relationships with sales, customers, It departments and providing core information about sectors to support internal marketing.
Skills
- Experience in using reporting tools, analysing data, identifying trends and producing reports ( Oracle Discoverer is preferable but not essential.
- Able to present reports
- Ideally a good degree in Marketing or Business or laew related, stats and so on.
- Exposure to the on line industry would really help in this role
